cant view or load our cams!

all seems fine, but as soon as we click on a cam to view nothing happens, also we are unable to load our cam. the message in the top right says u can view without flash !!! but we have been using the same cam , same pc without any faults, can u help , or is it something we have to do ?

Try google chrome browser or install adobe flash.
