on the upgrade by text service there are now 2 numbers to send txts to 79100 and 89933

the service on 79100 was so slow that i sent a txt to the number i had always used 89933 and got an instant response

then i got back the response from 79100

double subscribed !! not a problem but the site is not clear, has the number changed ?

TERMS: This pay by text service is for 18+ only. By texting SWING to 79100 you are agreeing to pay £5, in return you get the specified number of days of site supporter upgrade as described below. This is not a subscription and you will be billed once when you receive a msg from 89933.

So you text 79100 and get back a msg from 89933

I just checked as I was about to renew, this is a screen shot of "Text Update" on my screen.

"Text the word SWING to 89933

Within a minute or two you'll get a text back. This takes £5 off your mobile and contains your unique PIN code which you enter below. "

I won't renew for the moment as there is some confusion as I saw from a Mod's reply.

Never saw the other number before but in case the number is changing, or something odd happening ( doubt it though ) I will hold off renewing and forego the early reward of 5 days until I see on the text upgrade page the number, will give it a week or so until I opt in again

( Just not taking a chance that I could possibly be kept on being billed by someone else, sure you appreciate the concern)

We have more than one number and we occasionally change them, for example during maintenance. The number that is shown is always the right number to text.

I have sent the message "swing" to number 89933 over an hour ago but as yet not received a replying message with the code to renew. Is there any ongoing site issues?

I've not received a pin and I've waited 5 minutes

Check the following:

Did you text the correct word (SWING) to the correct number (89933)?

Do you have sufficient credit? You need enough credit to send a normal text and for the £5 charge.

Do you have signal?

Is your phone registered to an adult aged 18+ and is it verified as such and set to receive adult content? You can check this by calling your mobile phone network support and asking if your phone can receive premium adult content.

If you checked out all the above and still don't have a text, wait another hour (don't text again or you may get 2 texts back and 2 charges!). Sometimes like any texts, ours can get stuck in the system if it's busy or if you don't have a good signal. If you still haven't received a PIN you'll need to use our upgrade by phone call option. Occasionally some people can't upgrade by text so you will need to upgrade by phone call.

Don't worry because unless you receive a text back from us, you won't have been charged.
