How can a pic of my husband with most his fingers in me be rejected but i have seen similar pics.on.other profiles

I've had a few rejected in a similar manner including one that had been accepted the day before. One was rejected claiming my partner was an animal- clearly she was a female human being!

Gosh really ....that's terrible ....there does not seem.to be any consistently with the way photos are checked
