Use the "contact" button at bottom of pages. This goes to admin I think.

If you read the info admin look into every report but they don't reply - replying to everyone would slow the process down too much.

If you still feel your issue is important and not being addressed report it again.

None of us know the answer for you, and have given you all the suggestions to see if it is an error you are doing.

As no one else seems to be having the problem then it is difficult.

Do you use a phone that you don't log out of etc? Maybe reboot it.... has it been updated lately? Have you cleared your cache etc?

( just suggestions to see if anything works )

The problem seems to be unique to you so it's not going to be an easy fix. All you can do is make sure everything at your end is ok, software up to date things like that.

Contact admin again and jog their memory, I have had a problem in the past that took 4 reports and about 3 weeks to sort out but it was sorted in the end.
