Membership charged twice

Hi Guys,

I joined this evening on a Gold Membership using the telephone service on my land line and received the code from the recorded voice, but for some reason I have also just received a text message from you also charging me £5 to my mobile as well with a totally different code.

I have paid by text for the membership before but it was back in June I think.

If you could advise I would be grateful.

For this sort of thing you need to contact Admin directly - use the CONTACT link at the bottom of every page and select the Site Supporter option. They will help you sort it out

I have made a similar mistake previously.

Tried to do site supporter by text but it did not work.

Used phone service instead.

I later received text message with code.

Turned out I did not have enough credit on phone at the time. But it came through later after I topped up.

You can use the code and it will extend your site supporter for the extra silver or gold for the extra days.
