A good friend of mine can't post in the forum. She's not a newbie. She's verified. She's contacted admin but no response.

She must have a ban

If she has got a ban and doesn't hear back from Admin then it normally means Admin agree with the ban and it wont be lifted.

If the ban is going to be overturned she will hear from them
