Bit of a weird one this!

Is being told that someone can't meet at the moment as they are moving house a recognised euphemism for 'no thanks, not interested' or am I paranoid?!

Yes, that is a possibility! It's just that it happened to me on another site recently as well and I thought maybe I was missing the subtext!
