Hi, I cant find how to save and group messaages..anyone help .. thanks

When you read a message, underneath the message is states 'REPLY TO MESSAGE' - Right next to that text is a button to save your message.

It only works for site supporters and so far as I understand it works on Silver as well as Gold

Not sure what you mean by 'grouping' them, but I'm pretty sure that you can't do it
