How to show more than 11 pages when browsing?.

I have noticed when I browse for members, it will just show a maximum of 11 pages and out of them just the last who was online 2hrs ago, how do you get so you can see the total list of members? Thanks.

I'm guessing the search returns only 100/200 members or somesuch finite number.

Be more specific in your selection.
