I think because you have several single male verifications, you would probably be advised to start a new profile.

However, contact admin at the bottom of the page and ask them.

Admin don't convert single male profiles to couples ones. They sometimes do it for single female ones.

OP set up another profile with your partner, you'll need another email address and remember not to try to verify yourself or both profiles could be frozen.
