What to do about Fake profiles

I have come across a Profile that i know is fake as in the respect the Person been on this site before and i also meet at a Club.The new Proile is so mutch away from the facts.I.E despciption of themself the fact is the only trues about the hole Profile is the colour of the Hair lol.So what can anybody do about that?

report profile, block profile and move on is the best way to deal with them
