is there away i can get date when i joined this site ...or can i see vertifys that members who have left site left for me even tho they show in summarrys i cant see the vertiys

Not sure about getting a start date but if you uploaded pics when you first joined, the date will be on them. As for the veri's, when someone who verifies you leaves, their veri will disappear when they delete their account.
