Age preference

Hi admin

Just a quick question and suggestion.

When you message someone outside the age bracket your looking for, does it give you a warning first to alert you that they're out of your preferred age range?

If not, can we have one please?

I'm tiring of receiving messages from people who are within my age preference but I'm a lot older than their preferred age limit, and when I point this out they can become quite abusive sometimes.

Yes,

There is a message warning that you are outside of the persons parameters, I guess some times guys chance their luck as there may only be a year or two in it!

But there’s no excuse for being arsy to you, we should all accept that a no means no

If you receive an abusive message push the report button and if you like block them,,Connie xx

Yes if you're outside the age range, wrong sex or have mailed previously, you do get a warning prompt..... I suggest you tick the 'only' tab in your age filters then no-one either side of that age will be able to send a message

She means the other way round - she is out of their age preferences, so why are they messaging her?

Then they shouldn't be able to message her, I've tried to mail someone outside the age range and I get blocked

There is no filter to stop someone messaging someone outside of their own age preferences. Although your upper age limit is 50 you can still message a 51 year old.
