Hi, just wondered if anyone could help. Was conversing with a single guy who wanted to send his facial pics by email and sent us his email address on a message, which I was supposed to have written down and forgot, whoops!!!. His details we kept in our hotlist, then a couple of days later noticed that his profile had gone, but normally messages still stay with "nolonger a member" instead of their user name. But everything has gone, both read and sent messages we'd exchanged. Just can't understand this, never known it happen before, wondered it anyone could explain it as it's a mystery to me. L

If your message page is full, his message will have dropped off the bottom of the page (assuming that you didn't delete it)

You'll need to delete some of your old messages that you don't want to keep, then as if by magic, his message should appear near the bottom of the list.

Why it doesn't go to page 2, page 3 etc I have no idea ...

If the user has removed their account within a period of time the messages will be removed from your inbox (except any you've saved)

OK thanks for that, serves me right for not writing down the email address.

Your Bulk delete is placed in a position that makes it easy by accident to erase all your messages. There should be an undo delete in case of this or a warning message requesting confirmation of the deletion before it deletes all your messages in case you made a mistake and don't want your messages deleted!
