spam alert warning

everytime i go to send a mail, it comes up that "to protect from spamming.. click back and delete address and you message will send" is this normal...dosent happen when i mail my friends here.. am i doing something wrong.. are the mails sending anyway??..are these really my feet??

Are you trying to send a web address as part of the message?

If you are the messages are sometimes blocked to prevent spamming.

no just a normal text ... happens with both phone and laptop..bet if i mail you it would happen to me ..i'll copy and paste the message
