Hi, im trying to verify someone I met at the weekend, they are a paid member and been on here for over a week.

But says that they are no longer on site and yet on my friends list, shows as being online and can message????

Any help but they havent been verified yet

Yes I can see them, chat to them, wink them. Everything seems ok. Just unable to verify them as meeting in person or as webcam.

Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved

If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, or you're on the same internet connection, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves.

Does using the same connection apply?

A couple we cammed with last night have tried to verify us but its not showing on our account?

Saying saved their end, but nothing here?

Certainly not on the same connection as they are about 80 miles from my address.

Im using mobile and as far as I know they are using a pc/laptop.

Would their / your filters normally block each other from mailing? If so take them off to see if that helps.
