RE PAYING MEMBERSHIP

I just went to pay for my membership through paypal and it said at the bottom if i sign this i agree to pay EPOCH for future something I cant quite remember. Does this mean if i pay by paypal every time renewal is made EPOCH will take my money or is it just this one off payment please.
