problem with signing in on my iphone

Hi any body help me on my iphone when I try to signe in it come up with you need to be logged in to view this part. but im putting in the correct info any one help me please

Make sure u have restrictions set to off in your iPhone settings mate only thing I can think off that's stopping u signing in

Don't know anything about iphones but this indicates maybe a cookie problem. Check they're enabled if they are try deleting cookies trying again.

is the first letter your putting in either your user name or password a CAPITAL ??..Can often cause issues x
