Phone numbers in listings

Hi all before I drop myself in it again,could someone please explain where you can & cannot put your phone numbers. I put mine in a forum post once & got rapped across the knuckles but I've seen profile text with numbers in ! Confused....yup that's me. Anyone help ? Thanks in advance

Forum rules are just that, for the forum.

If you check them out before you post you shouldn't get a ban

Profiles are different and there are certain things you can't put on them but for a single male wanting his number on it I think Admin turn a blind eye.
