cant see our webcam

we`re having trouble actually seeing our cam in top rh corner. other people can see us but we cant see what we look like. any ideas please peeps??

tried that.in the top RH corner where our cam should and has been,there is no image at all. bugs!!

BTW not aprob on skype and other apps. just the fab cam rooms....which we enjoy the most!
