Hi. I am unable to "browse" "username search" a mate. He's told me he can see me, can send me messages (though i don't receive them), wink me (again, i don't receive them) He's receiving "Sorry, we're not accepting upgrades at the moment" now on his account when he tries to add photo, or upgrade. I searched the forums for this message but nothing came up. Anyone have an idea what it is or how it can be resolved.
