Is it me or is the site running a lil slow today pages just seem to take time to load

I too assumed it was my pc running slow, been running anti virus programmes etc etc, lol.

I left a comment on a forum post, noticed that someone had commented and realised that there were actually 2 with the same title, clicked on it and it said i dont have permission to view it

what is going on

tried again as i didnt recognised the author and it was fine
