Can I recall a verification so the green tick also comes off

I want to know if I can recall a veri I have left for someone. Yes I did meet him and he did seem genuine so I left him his 1st veri, baring in mind he had been on over a year and no veri. Thought I was doing him a favour! Since realised he is not 1 bit genuine and want to remove it so he no longer has the green tick. Blocking him will only remove my veri and not the tick. He doesn't deserve it!

No you cannot and it won't get removed, you could however report him but that doesn't guarantee removal of the tick given you have verified him for meeting him

You can block him to remove your veri from his list but no, you cant remove the green tick.

If you met him and verified him then its a genuine verification.
