Password issue

Hope someone can help, I am posting in behalf if a friend who has locked themselves out of their account by forgetting their password. They also don't have access to the original email account they registered with. It's a mess. We have used the contact firm, is it best to wait.

If the person starts a new profile ( they can delete again after it gets sorted ) PV it and then contact Admin explaining then it will easier for Admin to help.
