looking for some help regarding when I am trying to browse the map. the back ground of the map is black & it will not let me search on areas. Any ideas why this is happening & to resolve this please.

This is a brand new laptop & it was the same on my old one also.

any help would be very much appreciated.

You don't click on the areas on the map itself, but on the abbreviated county names on the bottom right of the screen. Hope this helps
