Had some pics taken by a fb. He agyreed not to show them on his profile ever.

We went our separate ways a couple of days ago and today he has them on his profile.

I have not given my consent to this , what can I do?

There's a big warning when you upload pics saying that you must have permission to do so. He clearly hasn't so report them and put in the message that you didn't give permission.
