I like the idea, but I can't see it happening. Admin have strong rules on what links can be posted, for the security of forumistas, and I think the same may apply to photos (which would also require html postings to be allowed).

'Yeah but'... Hehe most other sites offer this added function...[img].....etc the images would obviously have to be of an 'non adult nature' and from experience add more fun too the forums and attract more postings.

Like I said, it's just a question.

Fab is a great site.... Just a pity we members in Ireland could become site supporters..

The only problem with html tags [IMG] [doHTML] etc is that they are open to abuse, they can infect a site, ergo the site needs to have moderators on hand 24/7.

I agree with you, images/embedded videos etc can add to the forum experience, and plenty of other boards do use them. Mostly though they are stand alone invision boards etc, with all the support that goes with them.

I'm not sure how fab works, but it may prove more difficult with an all in one package such as fab is.

I do like the idea though
