Transfer Site Supporter

Is there a way to transfer Site Support between Profiles...?? I recently renewed my Silver Support on this (SM) profile, but have now started a new, joint (CPL) profile. I would like to transfer some/all of the SS on this profiule to the new, joint CPL profile. Suggestions welcome....
