Showing on line when I'm not on line

Has anybody else discovered that they are shown to be on line when they are not??

People have said that I am not responding to messages when I have been on and off the site all day. Actually I wasn't on line, but my status was saying I was on line.

Logging on with the couple account, I saw that I was online on my single account...

I have had that often..

Get snotty messages from guys saying I was ignoring them,saying i was online when I hadn't been online in a day or so

There is a time delay when you go offline before your actually show as offline, I'm not sure if that is eliminated if you log out.

I wasn't online for hours and I did log out. It must be a glitch.

I had friends that were shown to be in the chat room for 12 hours or so...They were not even on line!
