showing as couple not a woman

hi all, my profile has changed to showing me as an mf couple. i haven't done this myself and can't see anywhere to change it back to being a woman.

does anyone know how to change it? has used the contact form to ask what has happened but have had no reply as yet.

It sometimes takes a while for Admin to deal with all the reports that they get so you have to be patient, but it looks like its been sorted now
