Posting meets for abroad!!!

Off to Dublin in July but can't seem to find a way to list for there in the menu's. Wanted to do the same for Vegas but couldn't change my location to reflect this. Does anybody know how to do this?

Add a meet, change the Country (top right) to USA, Country/Region field to Nevada and the Area Code field to 702?

Similarly, change the Country (top right) to Ireland and the Country/Region field to Dublin?
