Veri(s) not received

Myself and friends have tried in the last 24hrs to verify each other around 3 times as we are not receiving them, even although our accounts have said the veri has been saved.

There had been no notification that either has received one. I received another on Friday with no issues.

Anyone have a clue why?

If you are all using the same computer, or even the same network, the fab system will reject them. It is done to prevent people verifying themselves.

If you are using the same PC or wifi network it won't work. Try turning wifi off on your phone and then leaving it.

There is an ip checker to stop people verifying themselves.

We were trying to post on the same wifi so will try again now that I'm using my own.

Anyone also know why I can't renew my site supporter by txt. Tried twice since Friday, received no pin. I don't have issues with the problem solving options.

If youve checked the problem solving options and they havent worked best thing is to contact Admin directly and they will try and help you sort it. You can use the CONTACT link at the bottom of every page.

Hi folks

Thanks for your advice. Turns out it was the shared network that wouldn't let us veri but now sorted.

Still can't upgrade by text for whatever reason so the debit card it was!

That's because you can't verify someone on the same net connection. It's to stop people verifying themselves.
