can,t mail a friend

hi one of our friends mails us and we cannot reply to the mail they have not blocked us.we have tried everything and it keeps telling us to press back button and remove website and site will send!it does not..message reads that it may contain a website or be offensive??? so we just tried sending 'hi how are you guys' and got the same message..this started last week and we had no problem before that please can someone help thanks.

The filters can block all sorts of things! (See this thread http://www.fabswingers.com/forum/help/123930).

If this only started last week, has something changed? Have you or your friend changed your user names?

I'd suggest contacting Admin directly, using the Contact link below, and explain the problem and the friend's User Name.
