How long does the 'new'icon stay on your account , as unable to message potential meets as it's seen as a block ... Please help as it's on my separate account to my couples one

It might be 7 days but am not sure, have a look at what the rules say at the bottom of this page

Not sure on this one, maybe Admin could confirm?

The FAQ says
"What do the icons on the profiles mean?

[NEW] Has joined within the last three days"

but the Advanced Search offers the opportunity to
"Only show profiles of members:

New in the past 5 days [NEW]"
