Concern help needed please

Whilst using an old android phone due to damage to our phone we have noticed on a few occasions now that whilst browsing profiles and dragging screen page on some threads a pop up has appeared saying (username) has been granted superuser rights.

What is this and what exactly does this entitle them to?

Appreciate there will be heckling but looking for clarification also !

Never heard of it and don't think there is such a thing on Fab
