Search bi-sexual male in a couple

It would be useful to search only the bi-sexual male or female in a couple as I don't this option is working very well at the moment.

I can understand the complication and probably it would have helped if Him and Her were made to upload the information on a defined side i.e. Him on the right and Her on the left... but i thought worth a mention.
