Description on photos

Hi, Ive had a look around but just can't seem to find how to do this - what I am basically trying to do is add a small descritopn by my photos when they are viewed on my profile. I know this is possible as some of my friends have descrips next to some of theirs.

Wonder if anyone can help?

i had descriptions on my pics but not now new pics new site you cant do it i dont think

Read a thread a while back saying its not been possible for about a year ... which helps in that you know any pics you see which have some description are getting dated now

If it helps ive seen some profiles where they have used photo shop ect to add we discription to the pic before they upload it
