how dose the admin decide what domains can be included in emails

for eg I wanted ot send a mal to a user with a comment about a kink website

and its blocked

the site is not a swing site and so not compertition to fab (else it would make sense)

can anyone preferably admin explain this?

I think its to do with spam

You can do as I send club websites often.. but couldn't send some bdsm sites
