Can't send messages/friend requests not being received and other issues

Hi can anyone help.

I have 2 profiles on the site one as a couple with my husband and the other as a female as I also meet people alone.

from my single profile I can't send messages and my friend request invites are not being received by other members.

One verified member did receive my friend request but he told me that the site was not allowing him to leave feedback for Me?

If I log onto my couples profile and do a username search my female profile is not being found in the results?

I also think that I am not receiving messages at the moment?

Does anyone have any ideas it driving me crazy.

If I try and access that profile it tells me user is no longer on site.

Use the contact link at the bottom of the page and get admin to check it out.

I don't understand that though, I can log onto my profile and look at members etc. I can type a message and send but then if I look there won't be anything on the sent message.

I haven't deleted/deactivated my account either? ? Could administration have blocked / suspended it for some reason. As far as I know I haven't ever done anything wrong??

No anyone can contact them. It may be a glitch or they may have suspended it for some reason.

At the bottom of every page there is a link that says 'contact'

it does have the Contact link but then when you do a message it says no one monitors the messages it's just for feedback??

Don't worry about that just pick the option to contact site owners directly.
