Would it not be nice to be able and send one general message to all your friends?

I can appreciate the problem that come from spamming but at least they are your friends and if they do not like keeping in touch with you they could have the choice to a) stop receiving mails b) remove themselves from your friend list or c) block you if necessary

I think this could be a very helpful addition to its users.
