Can admin overturn a blocking between two people that they imposed if both parties have asked for the block to be lifted ?

Anyone me know the answer to this please let me know ?

Yes and if so how long does it take to be overturned after that request ?

1 day 1 week 1 month ??

You both need to use the contact link and request the block to be lifted by admin.

I would think it depends on the reason why both blocked by admin, will depend on if they overturn it or not

we have been mailing them on a daily basis but it not been overturned and we've no idea why,surly if we are happy to resolve our problems then admin should lift the block and allow us do that ?

Blocks are not normally reversible ....but as another has advised, the contact button is the best bet
