renewed my gold pass last night but still not been updated on my profile now says ends tomorrow thought it would have gone to my new status of days left...... help, dont wnat to pay another £5

There is some links from the site supporters upgrade page that go to troubleshooting... Did you see those?

You need to enter any PIN you receive in the PIN entry page on the website any problems use contact link on the upgrade pages we'll get it sorted for you.
