Problems accessing site?

Hi,

When I try and access the site via my laptop, (unless I use Tor or a proxy), I'm getting - "We are having problems with the Service Providers server - www.fabswingers.com. Please try later.", I can also get the site using my phone, but not using it to tether my laptop, so it is not my ISP blocking the site.

If I try to refresh the page when I get the above message, I'm getting - "We are having problems with the Service Providers server - The host did not accept the connection within timeout of 20000 ms. Please try later.",this has being going on for 2 days now.

Has anybody any ideas/suggestions how I can resolve this please, with me being able to copy and paste a traceroute or ping, (both are resolving OK), if that will help.

I can get in chat though, (chat.fabswingers.com), just not the main domain, unless as I say I use a proxy or Tor, so it looks like a server/folder issue.

I'm getting the same message on my mobile. Haven't been able to access the site from my mobile since last night.

Working perfectly on my laptop, still not on my phone.

Had the same issue using Three's mobile data. It appears like the resolution of the fabswingers.com web page isnt working for some reason but it will resolve if yoy come in from a Google search. Just search for fabswingers and login. One of the top hits is to the mobile site m.fab.com and this link should work.

I spoke to Three, after checking adult filters etc (nothing to do with these IMHO) thet said they'd raise a tech support issue but I don't hold out hope. From what iread on google and fab faqs this happens every now and again on Three's network.

Not exactly for me. On my mobile, If I type in fabswingers.com it times out. If I type in m.fabswingers.com then I can get to the mobile site.

Pls help. I am trying to help 2 friends to set up a cpls account. It says it will take 5 to 10 mins to approve. But it now 3 hours on an no answer. Can anyone help pls. Many thanks

That sounds like a routing issue. What I mean is say you drove from Leeds to London. There are different routes and roads you could take to get to London. The same happens when you get a website. There are different routes you can take to get to a website. So it sounds like the route you are taking from your ISP to fab has a blockage somewhere. When you go on tor it is taking a different route to fab.
