Hi my account is for me as a single woman but my account says i'm a couple, how can i change this from couple to woman?

Only Admin can make that change so you would need to contact them and ask them to have a look at it for you.

But as it says that sometimes your husband will be there Id guess that they might think that you have the right profile.
