I have selected ;anyone;but I cant get

pm or block icons.

When you are on someones profile page the 'Send Message' and 'Block' buttons are on the blue menu on the left hand side of the page. Is that what you mean?

I want to pm in the room but I have

no pm,poke or block icons only clear

space under my name/picture.

You don't have them under your own username because you don't need to PM, Poke or Block yourself

They will be underneath other's usernames though
