We have been in the chat rooms, and a lot of people have told us they have verified us, but nothing's came up, anyone ever had this problem?

You can be verified by meeting in person or by a LIVE cam chat. You can't be verified by being in the chatroom alone.

If the person would normally be blocked by your filters, you may not get the verification.

I have been varified its come through ok. But when I try and display what is written I click the button and it won't display. It won't let me varify anyone either. Any ideas ?

choose the display on profile for the verification.

If still causing issues, contact admin direct and explain the problem with as much info as possible on which verification of your wont show.

Again, if you cant verify someone, be specific with your info when you contact admin.

Are you doing this on the mobile site? Try doing it from a PC? Or vice-versa...

Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved

If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, or you're on the same internet connection, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves.
