Hi. How can you make it so only one other person (private) can see your cam in chat. Or isn't this possible

You cant.

You can only block individuals from seeing it so in theory youd have to block everyone in the room except the one person that you want to see it

dont think you can i stupidly flashed someone my boobs as we were chatting in pm i presumed only he could see me ...WRONG lol
