We do ours by text, much easier and very quick

I have just submitted ours by text, it says it has gone through, but not updated.

Any advice anyone?

I cannot even make a payment on my card now either, it is saying contact admin at the bottom of every page, I am on my phone and doesn't seem to be there.

Has anyone else had this?
