missing verification

We were sent a verification on sunday but it has only shown up in our summary. We didn't have a notification of it and we can't see it when we look under the manage verifications tab. Any ideas or suggestions on how this has happened or how to fix it, other than asking the writers to try again?

no we set a status asking who ever had written it to let us no, they are def still on the site and haven't blocked us as they messaged us and we can see their profile. Its very odd

I am having trouble as well had a varificatin sent but its not come and I spoke to the couple which they still on but it just don't show on my profile that I got it don't know why if any one knows plz help I know I'm new maybe this is why xx

no, we have previously been verified by them, is there a limit on how many times u can be verified by the same people?
