All of a sudden I can no longer view cams nor display my own cam, and the options in the Your Cam window have completely disappeared, it is a blank window.

I am using Google Chrome in Windows 7 64 bit, and yes I have the up to date flash player.

Any ideas?

also a programme called many cams would work x

I don't think puffin allows you to broadcast your cam, although it does allow you to view others.
